ABOUT
Grace has a master's level qualification in clinical psychology with more than a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families.
Over the years, Grace has worked in private and public hospitals, community settings and in private practice. She has held a range of consulting and research roles and assessed and treated a wide variety of mental health concerns. Her clinical interests include anxiety and depressive disorders. She also has extensive training and experience in individual and group Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Grace’s therapeutic approach draws upon a variety of evidence-based modalities including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness based interventions (MBSR, MBCT).
Grace exudes warmth, kindness, compassion, and humour in her work, along with a strong sense of responsibility. She listens closely to her clients and values their unique perspectives. Working collaboratively, she strives to comprehend what’s important to them and provides the support they need to achieve their goals.
Grace is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and holds an AHPRA Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist. She is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
